Alkaline Broth

Alkaline broth helps the body maintain healthy pH levels and provides trace minerals that are often depleted from heavy metals and digestive issues.


  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery (leaves and all)
  • 1 Cup of other available vegetables of choice
  • 1.5 Quarts of Water
  • Season to taste with Cayenne, Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano, and any other desired seasonings.


  1. Add water to stainless steel or enameled earthenware pot.
  2. Brush the vegetables well, but do not peel them. Add all vegetables and seasonings into the pot.
  3. Cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Let stand for another 30 minutes.
  5. Strain and drink only the broth.
